Penny Lee Blackstone, born 11/28/1958, passed away at the age of 62 on 09/19/2021 after a long fight with Lung cancer.

Penny was a long time resident of Plattsburgh, New York. Graduating from Plattsburgh High School, and attending Clinton Community College, she spent a majority of  her working life providing care to the disabled as a home health aide for North Country Home Services.

She was predeceased by her husband Charles J. Blackstone, and is survived by her daughter, Nicole Lee Bennett, son-in-law Robert F. Bennett, son Spencer R. Wood, and grandchildren Liliana L.M. Hewitt-Wood, Myles E. Bennett, Ephraim R. Bennett, Katelynn R. Gilpin, Scarlett C. LaFountain, Boss K. Wood, Blue B. Wood, and great grandchild Oliver K. Jabaut, and close family friend Reannon Zimmerman.
