I am sorry to read Penny's obit, and I'm sorry we never connected, as she must have checked my Classmate account just before her death.  We were freshman at Yelm, and I really only saw her in classes as I lived with my cousin, aunt, and uncle who lived by Lake St Clair, and I rode the bus to Yelm.  I remember she was a very cute girl, but I was pretty shy back then plus riding the bus never really gave me a chance to learn much about anyone at Yelm.  I really liked the school, the teachers, and the kids while I was there that year, and my favorite teachers were Berger, Mossman, Stephens, and Prescott.
