Peggy's obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Peggy Ann Atkins Scott on June 26, 2025, at the age of 82. Peggy was born February 24, 1943, in Pikeville, Kentucky where she lived until 2014 when she moved to South Carolina to be close to her children. She loved spending time with her family and her beloved dog, Dozer.
She is survived by her children: Jeffrey Scott and wife Shannon, Kevin Scott; grandchildren: Brandon Topel and wife Samantha, Dakota Topel and wife Julie, Austin Topel and wife Anne, Zachary Scott; and great grandchildren: Dean, Everly, and Cain Topel. She was preceded in death by parents, James Atkins and wife Lavana.
