Peggy's obituary

It’s with heavy hearts we share the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother, Peggy Kendrick, 72, of Montgomery, Texas. She passed away on December 27, 2021 at her home surrounded by her children after a short but fierce battle with cancer.

Peggy was born on October 29, 1949 to John and Adeline Dean in Houston, Texas. She was the youngest of three daughters and sister to three brothers.

In 1973, she met Larry Kendrick, and they wed in 1977, going on to raise four children, Sherry, Chad, Brandi and Dustin.

After retiring in 2014, Peggy’s greatest pleasures came from spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed vacationing with her family and loved every minute she shared with her grandchildren.

Peggy was predeceased in death by her parents, John and Adeline Dean, her husband Larry, her daughter Sherry Burrow and her brother John Dean. She is survived by her children Chad Kendrick, wife Magda; Brandi Smith, husband John; Dustin Kendrick, wife Emily; brothers Michael Dean and Robert Dean; sisters Carol Gibbs and Diane Dean; grandchildren Austin, Alexia and Aiden Kendrick; grandchildren Brookelyn, Allie, Emerson and Vivienne Smith; grandchildren Dillan and Logan Burrow; and soon to be grandson Christopher Kendrick.

Burial service will be held on January 12, 2022 at 1:45 at the Houston National Cemetery 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, Tx 77038.
