Peggy Joanne Frazier, age 67 went to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday December 18th, 2018 at Mission Health hospital in Asheville NC. She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Frazier, her mother Grace and her father, two uncles Nila and Dwight, a son Chris "Eddie" Frazier, and a daughter Pamela Scott.
