Peggy Sue (Cely) Chauvin was born May 14, 1946 in Palestine, Texas and passed October 29, 2022 in Katy, Texas. She was born to Tom and Hallie Cely and grew up in the Neches community with her three sisters, graduating from Palestine High as the Arc Light Sweetheart in 1964. Peggy married Gary Chauvin on April 20, 1974 and moved to Madisonville, Texas where they shared 16 years of marriage and two daughters until his …
