Pedro Lopez, 84, of Bronx, NY, passed away on July 21, 2023, after a battle with cancer.

Pedro was born on 9/7/1938 to Helen Cintron and Pete Lopez in San Juan, Puerto Rico. After graduating from high school in 1955, he landed his first job as a plumber and painter for Olmstead Apartments. In 1957, he met Sixta Soto, and they wed in 1959, going on to have seven children.

We're planning a Pedro Lopez Wake on Saturday, July 22, 2023, and Sunday, July 23, 2023, at R.G Ortiz Funeral Home at 524 Southern Blvd Bronx, NY 10455 at 4 pm - 6 pm and 8 pm - 10 pm. Monday, July 24, 2023, is the burial at St. Raymonds Cemetrary at 2600 Lafayette Ave Bronx, NY 10465, 10 am.
