Pecolia Brown, 77, passed away quietly on the 7th of June, 2018. She was born on the 25th of January, 1948, to John and Ann Marie Williams. She attained her greatest accomplishment in life of being a wife to Nathaniel Brown for 48 years. She was a mother to her children - Nathaniel Brown Jr, Pamela Brown, Famicheal Brown, Cynthia Brown, Anthony Brown; a grandmother to her grandchildren - Lakia Brown, Briana Williams, Raesha Brown, Domonique McFadeyn and Ashley Brown; and a sister to Kaola Smallwood.

Those left behind lost a god-fearing, loving, caring, honest and loyal lady. Her favourite activities included going to church and spending time with her family. She was most comfortable with her family and in her home. She loved the beach and the colour purple. Her greatest lesson in life was to put God first in everything she did. She lived a life of kindness and loving generosity and has left behind a legacy of being god-fearing. She will be missed by all those she touched, but her memories will live on within them.

Her funeral was held at the Antioch Church of God on the 14th of June followed by the burial at the Rockfish Memorial Park. Her loved ones got to spend a few last moments with her during the viewing on the previous night.
