Pearl Yvonne Given passed away on June 23, 2025, after a brave battle with cancer.

Born and raised in California, Yvonne lived her life with a spirit of adventure, curiosity, and resilience. Her journey carried her far beyond her roots - living in places as diverse as the Czech Republic and the Republic of Georgia - and wherever she went, she built lasting friendships and created a sense of home.

Yvonne spent many years as a real estate broker with Better Homes Realty in Danville, CA, where her professionalism and integrity left a lasting impression on clients and colleagues. Alongside her career, she nurtured her love for interior design, in part for the joy of creating beautiful spaces - and, as she liked to say, for the access it gave her to San Francisco’s Design Center. She also expressed her creativity through jewelry-making, crafting meaningful pieces - including the necklace her daughter-in-law wore on her wedding day.

Above all, Yvonne was a devoted mother. She raised three children - JP, Kimberly, and Bobby - and her love for them was the constant thread throughout her life. She is survived by her son, JP; her sister, Rita; and her niece, Kristyn. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Kim, and her son, Bobby, with whom she now shares a heavenly reunion.

Those who knew Pearl will remember her adventurous spirit, her artistic touch, and the warmth she carried with her. Her strength and love will continue to live on in the lives of those she touched.
