Pauline's obituary

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of Pauline Moran, who was called to eternal rest on November 9, 2023, at the age of 61. Born on May 18, 1962, Pauline's life was a beautiful tapestry of love, resilience, and passion.

Pauline was the beloved wife of James Moran, who survives her. Their love story began in 1989, when they promised each other a lifetime of love and companionship. Their union was blessed with a beautiful daughter, Karissa Moran, who survives her and continues to honor her legacy. Pauline leaves behind two brothers, Michael and Leo Bellard, and two nieces, Tasha Love and Kenneethia Bellard,  and a nephew Kenny who will forever cherish their memories of her.

She was predeceased by her parents, Ezolia and Hilton Bellard, and her brothers, Paul and Kenneth Bellard. Their memory was a constant source of strength and inspiration in her life, and they are undoubtedly reunited in the peaceful hereafter.

Pauline was a woman of many passions. She was a devoted fan of the Kansas City Chiefs. Her favorite TV shows included "Forensic Files" and various soap operas. In her leisure time, Pauline found joy and contentment in cooking, and her signature dishes will be missed by all who had the pleasure of tasting them. Her favorite color was pink, a hue that perfectly represented her vibrant and nurturing personality.

Pauline was whole-hearted, caring, loyal, and strong—a beacon of light for all whose lives she touched. Her guiding principle in life was to never concern oneself with the opinions of others. She believed in living her life authentically and inspiring others to do the same.

Her cooking legacy will live on, reminding us of the love and warmth she spread through her exceptional culinary skills. Indeed, Pauline's life was a testament to the beauty of simplicity, love, and strength.

A viewing will be held for Pauline on November 18, 2023, at 3:00 PM at Skipper Lee & Sons Eternal Rest Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 4:00 PM at the same location. A Celebration of Life will follow and be held at Houston Black Fire Fighters Association at 4919 Reed Rd. Starting at 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM where we will remember and honor Pauline's beautiful life.

In this hour of grief, we find solace in the memories we created with Pauline. Her spirit lives on in each one of us, and though she is no longer with us in person, her legacy of love and resilience continues to inspire us.
