She was predeceased by her spouse, Frederick Smith, her husband, John Henderson, her son, Pierre Williams, and her brothers, Jack, Eugene and Bursha Dumas. Throughout her life, Pauline was deeply committed to her faith and cherished her time as an attendee at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness. She also took great satisfaction in her volunteer work with Senior Living Options, and on the board of her children’s school’s exhibiting her kind-hearted and selfless spirit. Pauline was a woman of many passions; she relished okra and tomatoes and found comfort in sipping ice cold Vernor’s ginger ale. She was passionately devoted to causes such as spreading the truth from The Bible, a testament to her deep faith. Pauline's legacy to her family and the lessons she instilled in them are deeply rooted in her faith. "God’s kingdom is real," she would often say. One of her greatest accomplishments, which she held near to her heart till her last breath, was raising eight beautiful children. In response to Pauline's parting, her family and friends unite in saying "Do your best, and have unconditional love. Her vibrant spirit, unwavering faith, will be profoundly missed by all who knew her.
