Pauline's obituary
Polly was the only daughter of Paul and Virginia Resnick’s six children. As a child she sang on her local radio station in Natrona Heights. She married young and, as a military wife, cherished the many experiences she had traveling the world. Polly loved singing and dancing, swimming, bowling and traveling with bowling league friends to Championship games, reading, all types of music and concerts, sunsets and sunrises on the beach with family. She kept and adored cats all of her life. She had an incredible green thumb and loved horticulture.
Polly worked for Taste Unlimited during the late 80s. As a creative person, she found her calling crafting amazing gift baskets for clients. She became well versed in fine wines and artisan cheeses. As a people person, she thrived there. Later on, she retired from Walmart as an associate in 2013 after working there, proudly, for 16 years.
Polly is survived by her brothers James Resnick (Jim), Paul Resnick Jr (Putsy), Claude Resnick, Thomas Resnick (Mike), Joseph Resnick (Joe); her children David Cowan Jr., Laura Cowan-Wortham, Carol Mekosh, John Cowan; her thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Polly is now in the arms of her adored mother, Virginia Mae, whom she loved and missed dearly.
