I wanted you to know you are in my prayers. I am so very, very sorry for your family’s loss. I truly hope your memories are pleasant and I hope your healing softens this hurt. I think of you often and smile every time. May time heal.        grace

Oh mom my heart hurts. I will never forget the first words you said to me when I found you 32 years ago… “Oh baby, I’ve always loved you.”   Thank you for loving me enough to let me go and be adopted. Thank you for being the best gramma to my children and grandchildren. You have been such a wonderful example of what it means to be a Christian. I will miss our talks and our giggles. I will miss your support in whatever crazy decisions I was making. You have my heart forever.  

And so I say to you, “Oh Mom, I’ve always loved you too.”

Words seem so feeble in moments like these. Life is so precious, and death such a thief. The depths of your pain I cannot comprehend, but I'II stand alongside you in the darkness, my friend. Love is a bond that death cannot part. Gone from your arms. but still held in your heart. Rest In Peace dear Paula.
