To the Rigdon family,
I will be thinking of you all at Paul’s memorial service tomorrow . He was my friend and classmate when I came to Clarke School in 1979. He made me laugh with his goofy face. And was very caring and generous with heart of gold. I will always remember him.

Paulo and Frank had many fun memories taking computer science for 4 years at Gallaudet. After graduating, Paulo lived in our house for less 5 years. While he stayed with us, he enjoyed learning about the Taiwanese food and Japanese Sushi I made. Paulo also made many delicious cakes, breads and other desserts. We would drool as we see him cook rich and flavorful dinners. I remember him asking me why I didn't give Frank more food. I said that his body is able to eat more food than Frank. We miss being able to always joke around with each other. This picture is our last Thanksgiving lunch with Paulo in November, 2022.

Paul was my math and science student at Clarke, way back when! I fondly remember his 'big hair'-Afro look and his big smile that was always part of him. I can see him on the basketball court - tall, lanky and a good athlete!
He was fun to teach and he made friends very easily. He had a real zest for life and excelled both in and out of the classroom.
Paul shall always be remembered for the great guy that he was!
It was a joy knowing him. :-)
