Paul Malter, 72, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2025, in Houston, Texas. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Paul lived a life marked by service, integrity, and unwavering faith.
Born on August 2, 1952, Ponca City in Oklahoma, Paul’s early years laid the foundation for a life of purpose and dedication. He pursued higher education at Texas A&M University in College Station, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree (1974) in Civil Engineering. During …
