My deepest condolences to the John family
It is hard to describe how much Richie's friendship has meant to me since we became friends in Model school in St Paul,s We were both about 13 /14 years old then. We have maintained a wonderful friendship over many decades. during these many years, he has shown me nothing but love, and kindness, and has been a source of constant encouragement, I will truly miss one of the dearest friends I have had the privilege to know.
I will truly miss you, my brother, and my friend. Eric Marshall

The Fugate's have so many fun and loving memories of Paul including tennis tournaments, holiday get to-gethers, family celebrations, etc. He was intelligent, helpful, funny and a good sport always trying to get better at whatever he attempted. We always enjoyed Paul's presence and we all miss his kind spirit!!!

I first met Richie when we attended St. Paul's Model School in Grenada. Our respective fathers were very close friends and their families literally grew up together. After migrating to the US we lost touch for a few years but reconnected with the advent of social media. Richie, was a man among men and was a shining example of an individual, even in his youth. Richie immersed himself in everything he did and did it to the best of his ability. I recall one morning when he was mowing our lawn doing bob-a-job to help raise funds for something, he slipped and one of his toes was literally sliced off. He remained stoically composed as he was taken to the hospital. Although his foot was in a cast for several weeks he remained upbeat. Such was the metal of this man. Rest In Peace my friend until we meet again.
