Paul Augstus Graves, Jr. passed away suddenly in Wilmington, DE on Saturday May 7, 2022 at the age of 79 from brain cancer. He died peacefully in hospice. He did not suffer.

Paul was born in Newton, MA to Rita and Paul Graves, Sr. He leaves behind his widow of over fifty years Judy Graves. He was a beloved brother to the late Jeff Graves and Marilyn Monson who fondly gave him the nickname of Bud. He was the proudest and most wonderful father to his late son, Michael S. Graves and daughter Lisa Graves Courtines, daughter-in-law Suzanne Graves and son-in-law Laurent Courtines; and grandfather to Hunter and Alexander Graves and Aveline Courtines.

Paul graduated from the University of Maine in Bangor, Maine, a proud member of the Sig Ep fraternity. There he met his wife Judy Crane. Paul worked in the health insurance industry for this entire career. He was also an avid car enthusiast, in particular the Corvette, of which he owned 2 in his life. He was loved and cherished by everyone who knew him. He loved and supported his family unconditionally. He was a kind, caring man and his humor and huge heart will be remembered always.
