Background
My brother Paul Devine was involved in a fatal car accident on July 25 2024 in Cathedral City, California. I just received his urn today Thursday, 8/15/2024. He had no life insurance or will. I called around for burial costs and it's just about $3,700. I don't have this kind of money that's why I'm asking for donations. Thank you for your generosity.
