Survivors include his wife Elizabeth and his 2 children Catherine and Andrew , Joseph Crusoe and his wife Liz Crosell from choudrant LA and John Ozark and Natalie Grey McKenzie from choudrant LA , and niece Cindy Perez and Niece Monica Ogwin from Panama beach CA , Joshua Ogwin from South Haven CT , Heather Ogwin and Jose Perez from Choudrant LA , Samantha rivers and Jonathan Porter from Perry PA , Joshua Rivers , Emily Porter and Mathew Rivers , Grayson Porter , James Porter and Mary Porter from Perry AL , senator Paula Lynne Jones , John Squeener from Perry AL , Seth Crusoe and his wife Wanda Bailey from Ferry AL
