Background
As someone who loved knowledge and learning "Professor Paul" had a high regard for education and often told us, his daughters, that at good education was the most important thing he could give us. Paul loved people, and often helped those in need with a financial boost to help them through tough spots or to achieve a goal.
It is in this spirit that Elizabeth and I are creating the Paul E. Brauchle Scholarship: to encourage the higher education of young people and financially help those in need. While we are still working out the finer details of the scholarship, rest assured that all donations will go toward this purpose. Ideally we would set up an endowed scholarship if we can generating the funding for it, but at the very least we would like to help at least two motivated young people in need to pursue their academic goals,
