My condolences to Patty's family. I first met Patty when she moved to Big Bend to live with her grandparents and attend school in Adrian, OR.   We became fast friends enjoying bus rides to school and in 4-H activities.  We sang in choirs & dared to sing a trio public performance while at AHS.  Patty was a very caring & kind person.  Her grandparents were wonderful neighbors.  I am so pleased that we shared additional time during our most recent Adrian HS reunion this past summer.   Rest in peace, my friend.
