Patti Ilene Stephens was born on May 18th, 1955 and sadly passed away March 22nd, 2019. She was 63 years old. As a resident of Folsom California, Patti enjoyed the beautiful scenery and nature in the area. She loved the turkeys that roam in the local neighborhoods. She recently was introduced to the electronic version of the Bible, and spent much of her time reading scripture. She loved to care for her potted plants including …
