I am so very sorry for Patti's loss. I did not know we lost her in last May. I sent a message to Patti in Oct but did not receive her reply, so tried to reach out to her again this week. I never thought she already left us and found this sad news on the harkins website....Condolences!

Patti and I were born a few days apart. I met her as a patient and we quickly became lifetime friends after that. Her loss is a great void in my life. She was like a sister to me. I will forever love her and respect her life values and her manner of raising her children through turbulent times of life. Please consider donating to Gone Too Soon as her heaert was truly wrapped into this program she started in PA and MD.

In loving memory of Patti Hushon, who in 2003 was handed the task of creating a National Junior Dairy Show and with many volunteers became known as Team Patti. Over the course of 10 years, she built the number one Premier National Junior Show in America. In the last 10 years under two different leaderships the show is still number one. Patti always used stars in her decorations and theme, and now we have lost the most shining star of all. ~George and Diane Cashell

My condolences to Patti's family. I met Patti in 2002 when she help with the services for my Father. She was always so graceful, kind and comforting. We always planned to have a glass of wine together but that never transpired. I will have a glass of wine in honor of you. RIP Patti ... you will be missed.
