Pat and I were good friends all through high school and beyond.    We were on the swim team together.    I spent a year at NW Missouri State with him.   He went on to graduate, I transferred.    We were able to stay connected in San Francisco where we both lived for a while.     We would play guitar and sing together.   Pat was always better at it than I was.    I will miss him greatly.

So sad to hear of my old pal’s passing.

Memories run deep and while we grew apart (by distance) as time wore on, he will always remain in my memories as a faithful friend and fellow traveler.

Pat was a high school friend of mine. He sat in front of me in a couple of classes our senior year at ALHS. He was always such a nice guy. I remember his smile and his sweet disposition. 

I grew up knowing all the Hennessy kids and at times when their parents were away my mother Charlotte would care for the kids. On one visit I was to help my mother get the kids to bed. Mom would handle the girls while I would help with the boys. I could alway count on Jimmy to go to bed but Mike and Pat required additional convincing. I would pay them each a nickel to go to and stay in bed. It worked then.  We had a lot of fun over the years living on Frank Street.  The boys were all Sons of the American Revolution.  Sorry to hear of Patrick being called home at an early age.
