Patrick's obituary
PATRICK FEEHAN [1968-2022] Patrick Feehan passed away unexpectedly on October 1, 2022 after touching the world with his kindness, love, and humor. Pat was a dedicated and treasured father, son, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend.
Pat was completely devoted to his beloved children, Will and Caroline, frequently coaching their sports teams, volunteering in support of their schools, and even serving as Founding Board Member and Board Chair for the Franklin School of Innovation, in Asheville, NC. He was active and loved to be outdoors in any setting: a Sunset Lane surfer from a young age, a marathoner for many years as an adult, and more recently enjoyed hiking in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. He was also naturally social and connected to a large community of friends and family who benefited from his impressive chef skills and heartfelt care and concern.
Over the course of his career, Pat spent over 30 years as a highly respected HR and executive search leader for some of the largest and most successful brands in the world, using his ability to understand people and connect them with the right opportunities to change their lives for the better. Pat earned his Master’s in Sports Management at East Stroudsburg University where he served as Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach and his BA in English and History at Spring Hill College.
He is survived by Will and Caroline; his Mother Teresa Feehan and predeceased by his Father Francis “Skip” Feehan. He is also survived by his siblings Bridget Diorio, Bill Feehan (Liz), Michelle Smith (Thomas), Kevin Feehan (Allison), and Chris Feehan; his dear friend, Will and Caroline’s Mother Beth Baldino; and an abundance of loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and colleagues.
Pat lived his life loving others and looking out for their welfare. Our angel on earth is now an angel in Heaven. We love you, Pat. Thank you and thank God, for you.
