Patricia's obituary

Patricia Sue Zemke, born on April 4, 1960, to Francis and Joan LeBarron, passed away peacefully at her home in Bolton, Connecticut, on November 14, 2024.

Patti devoted many years to the healthcare field, where she touched countless lives through her care and compassion. A passionate cook, she delighted in showcasing her culinary talents, especially during the holidays, which she adored.

Patti also had a deep love for arts and crafts and cherished family vacations to the beach. Her greatest joy came from her role as a mother and grandmother, always putting her children and grandchildren first.

Patti’s memory will be lovingly carried on by her husband, Robert Zemke; her children, Sean and his wife Carmen, and Adam and his wife Joslyn; her mother, Joan LeBarron; her sister, Nancy Coppola; and her beloved grandchildren, Keana, Jaxon, Alivia, Audyn, Evan, and Liam. She will also be missed by her many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Francis LeBarron, and her sister, Kathleen LeBarron.

Patti wanted to ensure a special thanks was given to her daughter in Law Joslyn: There is a special place in my heart, filled with deep gratitude, for the exceptional care I received from my dear daughter-in-law, "MacGyver" She went above and beyond, offering unwavering love, support, and devotion, and for that, I am forever thankful. Her kindness has meant the world to me, and I will always treasure the way she cared for me with such grace and compassion.

We look forward to sharing stories, memories, and celebrating the life of a woman who touched so many.
