Patricia's obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Patricia "Aunt Pat" Trevino (Walker), a remarkable spirit born on August 12, 1960, who left us too soon on April 26, 2024. Fondly known as “Aunt Pat” to loved ones, or “Patsy” to her friends, Patricia made you feel as if she never met a stranger, she cared for everyone.
Patricia's loving, caring heart, and the undoubting honesty that characterized her outgoing personality enriched the lives of all who knew her. Her unwavering message that "Every little thing, is gonna be alright… Don’t you worry" served as both a comforting phrase and a motivational mantra from one of her favorite songs. It is a testament to her strength and her resilient spirit, and she lived each day by it!
Her strength was inspiring during Patricia's courageous battle and triumph over having cancer. It was truly proof of how much she enjoyed life, she gave her best fight for everything! She embraced every moment, appreciating the simple pleasures of life and encouraging those around her to do the same.
Her legacy: Always be there for others. Was into simply a phrase, but a lifestyle that Patricia carried out until her last day. This was visible in every part of her life. She touched so many lives, more than she had even known. She was loved deeply and respected widely. She will be missed wholeheartedly.
Patricia is survived by her daughter, Angela Teague, her husband Jake Teague and two grandsons, Bryce and Brock. As well as her father and second mother, Gilbert and Linda Trevino, her siblings, sister Teri Puente and her husband Joe, sister Rosie Qualls and husband Darryl, brother Arthur Trevino, brother Gilbert Trevino and wife Karen, brother John Trevino and wife Billie, brother Trey Cook and wife Juanita, and brother Victor Trevino. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, and their families who will miss her every day. As well as those whom she always considered her family. While our hearts are now heavy with loss, they are also filled with cherished memories of our dearly departed Patricia. The love she shared will forever remain a beacon of hope and a source of strength for many.
