We regretfully announce the passing of Patricia "Charlene" Snodgrass Carroll of Lakeland, FL on May 08, 2023. Charlene was surrounded by her family and passed away peacefully. My mother, Charlene, was one of the strongest women to ever walk this earth and our family was blessed to have her as the head of the family. In 1977, she married Ronnie Carroll and together they went on to have 1 child. Charlene was a wonderful and …
