Patricia Ann Russell, age 59, of Battle Creek passed away Thursday, December 30, 2021. She was born in Battle Creek on October 8, 1962. Patty graduated from Lakeview High School and furthered her education at Kellogg Community College. She relished in her work as a local pre-school teacher for over 20 years. Patty (aka. Mongie and Grammie by those who loved her most) had a deep affection for spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed going to the casino and doing arts & crafts.

Patricia is survived by her children, Brian (Kirstin) Savage and Shannon (Allan) Savage, both of Battle Creek; her mother, Virginia Russell; five grandchildren, Connor, Kalissa, Kyla, Kinlee, and Layna; her dog "Barkley"; her siblings, Richard Russell, Gary Pontius, Michael Russell, Kelley Russell; Kara Ernsberger; and several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene "Geno" Savage and her grandmother, Edith Jacobs.

At Patricia's request, cremation has taken place. A private family interment will take place at a later date.
