Background
It is with incredible sadness that we announce the death of Pat Rhodes.
We're raising money to help support Pat's family during this difficult time. Donations will be used to assist in funeral and travel expenses, as well as ease the burden her beloved husband, Bob, and son Aaron are facing.
Pat was a shiny red apple in a world of dried up, wrinkly prunes. The void she leaves is immense as she spent her life in a state of perpetual giving. Sacrificing for her family and friends was never really a sacrifice for Pat at all, as she would say "it's what we get to do."
It’s our turn to give back to her family in their time of need.
In addition to the memorial in Florida, there will be a scattering of ashes on Appledale Farm in Ohio later this summer. This was Pat's final wish.
Any excess money will be donated to Big Dog Rescue Ranch, a no kill shelter Pat supported faithfully for many years.
We are incredibly grateful for everyone's love and support of Pat's family in time of grief. Contribute
