Patricia was predeceased by her parents Jane Blackmer and Mathew Dugan, sisters Beulah McManus, Gerry Millett, brother Roger Dugan. She is survived by her brothers, Phil and Gary, her children, Donald, James, Patricia, Linda, and Judy, and her grandchildren.
