Patricia Jane Putlak of Pineville NC passed away peacefully at age 82 on August 26, 2023 following a progressive battle with Multiple Sclerosis and chronic colon disease. She was surrounded by her loving family and friends at the time of her death. Patty was born on April 22, 1941 (B.C- Before Computers) to Alice and Lawrence Burke in Chicago, IL.
