Patricia Ann "Pat" Pendleton passed away on January 20, 2025, in Charleston, South Carolina.

Pat grew up in Columbia, South Carolina, and graduated from Dreher High School. She later moved to Myrtle Beach, where she built a successful career in real estate. As a broker-in-charge, she established her own business and became widely known as "The Queen of Timeshare," a testament to her expertise and dedication in the industry.

She is survived by her son, Donny Thomas Pendleton; her sister, Darlene Turnipseed; her brother, Marion Miller; and her niece, Jennifer Turnipseed.

One of Pat’s final wishes was to give the gift of donation. She generously chose to donate her body and organs to science. Once this process is complete, her ashes will be returned to Donny and the rest of the family.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
