Patricia "Pat" Motton, 73, of New Orleans, LA, passed away on December 17, 2022 after a [2 year ] battle with [cause of lung cancer 

Patricia was born on [March 6,1949 to [Herbert Motton and Fannie Mae Onezine Motton  in New Orleans,La. My mother grew up in the lower 9th ward area of New Orleans she loved to dance and would have dance contest against people throughout her young life and win money as I was told by her and my late great uncle Jonas Motton.She attended school at Woodson junior high but she had to drop out to her mother and father in raising her siblings Herbert jr. Victor and Barbara her younger sister.My mother was always a loving person she worked various jobs as young woman she loved to cook and was very good at it. I don’t all my life details but I know her as great friend of people and she would give you her last if you asked her for her for anything. My mother had 4 kids the late Angela Marie Motton my younger sister Katrina Marie ,my younger brother Paris Terrell and myself Herman Motton. She several grand children Kendra Motton and Mignon Motton being the daughters of the late Angela Motton, My son and 4 daughters Patrick,Derrion,O’Ria Rhema and Jireh Motton my sister Katrina sons Brandon and the late Maurice Momo Motton and my younger brothers daughters Bria,Taylor and Makayla Motton several great grandchildren and many relatives nieces and nephews and   cousins.  She’s proceeded in death by her mother and father Fannie Mae and her siblings older brother Herbert jr. younger brother Victor and younger sister Barbara Motton  Holmes. She will truly missed by us all.
