Patty was born in Newark NJ November 29th, 1970. We know her only as we can remember her. In our own special way. We each have our own fond memories with Patty. She never missed a beat and could have you in tears laughing within seconds. She had a love for animals and found joy in knowing that her children were well taken cared for, healthy, and happy. She leaves behind her eldest son Machito (Juan Soto), her second son Lorenzo Soto, her eldest daughter Courtney McLachlan, her second daughter Stefania Ilardi, her youngest  daughter Josey Ilardi, grandson Sebastian “Sebby” son of Stefania Ilardi, and her eldest sister Cindy Sommers.

“We pray that our mother had comfort in the final moments of her life knowing that her children and sister Cindy were by her side, she was loved, and can never be forgotten for she left a mark.  We will be together in the next life, where no pain or sadness can exist, we remember our mother as she was in the photos we have of her, how we will  we see her in the next life.”
