Patricia's obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the departure of Princess Patricia "Patski" Maloy, ESQ, known to many as Patricia, who left us on May 4, 2024. Born on February 21, 1967, Patricia was a vibrant and lively soul, characterized by her fun personality and her readiness to embark on the next adventure.
Patricia was predeceased by her dear mother, Diersly Maloy. Her deep faith was nurtured in the Catholic community of Healdsburg. A woman of taste and discernment, Patricia had a particular fondness for Turkey and Swiss with cream cheese, accompanied by Jack Daniels or Jose Cuervo.
Proudly known for her eclectic interests, Patricia had a wide range of favorites. "Check" was her book of choice while country music, especially Garth, filled her soul with joy. She enjoyed watching the TV shows "Weeds" and "The Young and the Restless," and the movie "Final Destination" held a special place in her heart. Artworks by Escher fascinated her.
In line with her fun-loving spirit, Patricia held a soft spot for a variety of games including slots, keno, and bingo, and she relished watching people in laundries perform. The sporting teams she supported were the Gays. She cherished recreational activities like gambling, road trips and enjoyed a smoke.
Among Patricia's cherished places were Russian River, Dry Creek Bar, Memorial Beach, San Pablo Casino and Graton Casino. These spots captured her love for local explorations. But above all, Patricia cared deeply for her friends, who were a significant part of her life.
Purple was a color that deeply resonated with Patricia, expressive of her personality and taste. Her profound lesson to all, as simple as it is profound, was "to care". Among her many accomplishments, she valued her ability to be a good friend the most.
Patricia leaves behind a legacy of good memories that will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew her. For those who were fortunate to have known her for over 40 years, Patricia's absence is deeply felt. Her life is a testament to the joy of living and the importance of friendship. We will remember her fondly and celebrate her life which was truly a life well-lived.
