Patricia Ruth Haigh (nee Lautenschlager), 82 years old, unexpectedly and peacefully passed away on January 12, 2026 at her home in Marysville, Ohio.

Born October 22, 1943, in Carleton Nebraska, Pat is the daughter to the late George William and Ruth Lautenschlager and is the baby sister to the late siblings Jo Coffey and William Lautenschlager.

Pat is survived by her husband Barry Haigh and her sons Keith (Lisa) Haigh and Scott Haigh, all of Marysville, OH. She is the loving grandmother to 4 grandchildren, Madeleine (Jakob) Cummins of Noblesville, IN, Ryan Haigh of Indianapolis, IN, Samantha Haigh and Benjamin Haigh of Marysville, OH. She also has many nieces and nephews back in her home state of Nebraska.

Upon graduating high school in 1961, Pat went to Nebraska Wesleyan University where she met the love of her life, Barry Haigh. They were married in June of 1962 and started their family in 1963 with the birth of their first son.  Pat had an adventurous life with her husband Barry and their 2 boys due to her husband's service in the military. They lived in multiple countries, including Spain where their second son was born and Japan. Upon returning stateside, Pat and her family experienced different parts of the US as her husband's job took them to Pennsylvania, Delaware, Missouri, Illinois, Michigan, California and Ohio. Pat spent her time in Real Estate, running Old Towne Ice Cream in Milford, Ohio and then finishing her carrier in the healthcare industry working as the Director of Marketing at The Arbors of Milford Nursing Facility.

Throughout her life, Pat devoted herself to caring for her family, in a home that always included beloved animals. She found great joy in working in her gardens and generously served her community through numerous volunteer efforts. Pat’s life was guided by an unwavering faith in God, which shaped her kindness, strength, and devotion to others.
