Patricia's obituary
Patricia Sue Joens, 79 of Bentonville, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Friday September 29, 2023 after a courageous battle with cancer. Pat was born in Centralia, Illinois on February 10,1944. She was the beloved daughter of the late David A. and Doris G. (West) Norton.
Pat was united in marriage to Lee A. Joens on May 31, 1973 in Centralia, IL and they were blessed with 50 years together.
Pat possessed a strong work ethic her entire life. She worked at the Department of Corrections for 7 years before joining her husband to run their camper business for the next 34 years in Columbia, MO until they retired in 2017. Pat will always be remembered for her giving heart and kind soul. Family and friends could always count on her.
Pat is survived by her husband Lee at their daughters' home in Bentonville, AR. She also leaves behind two brothers James Norton, of Sandoval, IL and Tony (Vicki) Norton, of Columbia, IL. 4 Children - son Jeff Joens of Jefferson City, daughters Lori Cagle of Jefferson City, Cheryl Broman (Brad) of Vienna and Brenda (Ryan) Phillips of Bentonville, AR. 12 grandchildren- Heidi Lindemann, Jared Cagle, Toni Marie Cagle, Nicholas Raines, Cody Joens (Kayela), David Raines, Carl Broman, Jeremiah Raines, Damon Joens (Anayah), Karlie Joens, Katelyn Phillips and Natalie Phillips. 17 great-grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.
