Patricia Ann Isaac – fondly known as ‘Grammy,’ ‘Pat,’ and ‘Mom’ – passed away on January 10, 2022, at the age of 85.

Pat was born on November 28, 1936, to Rae & Erick Montenon in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, and spent her final days beside family in Harmony, Florida .

She loved her grandchildren, children and friends. She loved the ocean, antiques, blue glass, flowers, rosemary bread, and gardening. She loved Boggle, whales, Finnish pottery, jewelry – everything beautiful.

And she left a little magic wherever she went.

She’s still present in the aloe vera plants that burst forth from the ground, the morning glories that stretch open their beautiful satin petals to meet the golden sunlight, and little forget-me-not flowers that rise from the earth each year to form delicate sky blue clouds.

Her memory lingers in the smell of crème brûlée candles, the crackle of a wood stove, the notes of a Norah Jones song, all things turquoise ...

She lived a life of advocacy, adventure and beauty – and will be missed greatly by all whose lives she touched.

There will be a virtual Zoom memorial in her honor on May 15 at 5 p.m. EDT for anyone who cares to join.
