Patricia's obituary

Patricia Mahoney Harley, 61, died on April 25th at her home in Scandia, MN surrounded by family. She succumbed to a rare muscle disorder after a heroic 22 year struggle. Her funeral Mass will be held at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Stillwater, MN on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 11.00 am (Visitation at 10:00 am. Celebration of life reception to follow mass).
Pat was born in Chicago, IL on October 2, 1956 to Burt and Joan Mahoney. She is a graduate of Brainerd H.S. and the University of Minnesota. She was a sales representative at IBM and with Edina Realty. Pat was then a dedicated stay at home mom and creative homeschool teacher. She was a member of Nativity of our Lord Catholic Church, St Paul, St. Michael's Catholic Church, Stillwater, and the Catholic Church of St. Monica, Duluth, GA.
Pat was, first and foremost, a mother and wife. Pat was preceded in death by her father Burt J. Mahoney and brother Michael Mahoney. She is survived by her mother Joan Steele, husband of 31 years John Harley, her seven children Johanna Seabolt (Reiersen), April Chu (Reiersen), Robert, Michael, David, AnneMarie, and John-Paul Harley as well as grandsons Jace and Christian Seabolt, and sons-in-law Scott Seabolt and Bradford Chu. Pat is also survived by her siblings Stephen Lubovich , Andrea Lambrecht (Lubovich), Timothy Mahoney, plus numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and brothers/sisters-in-laws.
