It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Patricia "Patty" Cary on August 24, 2025. Patricia was born on December 29, 1957, affectionately known to many as Patty and Grandma Cookachew. Patricia is survived by her children, Laticia Wallace, Jason Cary, Mandy Davis, and Jeffery Mayall. She leaves a lasting legacy in her grandchildren, Cain and Ethan Roberts, Blake and Gavin Cary, Kenzee and Kenna Mayall, and Cole, Kyle, and Caleb Davis, and Nick , Kaitlyn and Josh Wallace. She was a beloved in-law to Joseph Wallace, Erica Cary, Kristin Mayall and Scott Davis, all of whom brought her immense joy.. Patricia'also leaves behind her brother, Danny Armour, niece, Miranda Armour and cousin, Toni Brenton Thompson.. Patricia was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Nancy Mayall, mother, Carole McBride, sister, Debbie McBride, father, Leroy Dix, grandmother, Edith Rollins, grandfather, Howard Dix, grandmother, Lois McBride, and grandfather, Gerald McBride. Patricia cherished her time with her family watching her favorite TV shows such as NCIS, SWAT, and Days of Our Lives. She loved reading her Bible and enjoyed the simple act of reaching out and calling anyone she could on the phone. She was adored by her grandchildren, who affectionately called her 'Grandma Cukachoo.' Her heart held immeasurable love for her family - both immediate and extended. Her greatest accomplishments were witnessing her children build their own families and successful lives. Patricia was genuinely loved by anyone who knew her, with so many of her children's friends calling her 'mom'. She loved them as if they were her own. Her strength, love, and joy were the cornerstones of her life, and her absence will be profoundly felt in the many lives she touched. As we mourn the loss of Patty we encourage all who knew her to reflect on 'Patty stories. Her kids will be announcing her memorial service soon so please come and tell all your funny crazy stories about our momma . We love you Mom
