Pauline Patricia Bramonte, age 87, passed away on August 1, 2021 after a brief illness.
Pat was born on August 30, 1933 in Hopewell, Virginia. She was educated in Trenton NJ and spent summers in Virginia with her beloved Grandma Brown. She graduated from Trenton Central School.
She married her true love, Sebastian Bramonte on July 9, 1955 and they had 3 children, Patti, Michael, and John.
Pat and Yano( aka John), lived in Toms River NJ ,  then moved to Vero Beach, Florida.   Upon retirement, they moved to Sky Valley Georgia.
Pat earned a Batchelors Degree from Florida
Atlantic University and taught 5th grade at Rosewood Elementary in Vero Beach.
Pat loved her church and was actively involved in the Methodist Church in Island Heights NJ , Vero Beach and Dillard Georgia.
Her family asks that contributions be made to these churches in lieu of flowers.
Pat leaves behind her husband, Sebastian, three children, six grandchildren, and and six great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Evelyne Elder and an infant son, Michael Craig.

The family will hold a private memorial service at a future date.
