Patricia's obituary
Patricia K. Besonis left us on December 12th 2022. The gentle yet headstrong daughter of Joseph and Edith Dolan of Garden City Michigan, She was their 2nd child and the eldest girl .
Born in Chicago, I'll , she was raised by a Mother who told her she could do anything and a Father who told her she was 3rd generation beautiful. pat graduated from Immaculata High School where she met her life long friend of 70+years...Csilla Stevens Determined to live outside of her parents home she saved money from her kong time position at the local pharmacy where she worked after school . Upon graduation she began attend Clearly Business College where she excelled in typing and shorthand...both would pay off well throughout her lifetime. After a rather big blowout with her father, and a move to Maiden Ln. which was just outside University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She and Marion Dusseu became fast friends . Both were employed as secretaries performing executive assistance . They wanted to attend a dance being held on the weekend. Un fortunately they were both broke so Maria decided that they would go with her boss a man from Lithuania named Al Besonis. Marion feared after they got inside they would ditch him. According to Marion unfortunately when they been Allen Pat late eyes on each other while she sucker for her daughter made her gag he totally couldn't take their eyes her hands off each other.Known as the European Elvis he drove a beautiful convertible Corvette and lived with a roommate named Jack cut it back brilliant man definitely was before his time. Jack had a girlfriend named Jan that was just a few years older than Patty and so before I went along famously. 6 months later Pat decided to go home and let her father know that she was pregnant and she was going to get married to the former Air Force Airman my 1st class . Despite never meeting the man and the fact that Patty and her father hadn't spoken in over a year at least his response to her was Patty you don't need to marry that trunk you could take care of you and the baby. She responded that I love him and he said okay and then they didn't speak again until the day that I was born. That night my parents were just ready for the hospital but that's a whole other story.
