Patricia Ann Augustine Beach , 92, of Forest, Virginia, died Friday, October 29, 2021. Born in Kankakee, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence J. Augustine and Fern Elizabeth Shafer Augustine. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by Ronald Beach, sister Bonnie Whittier and long-time friend, Dick Collins.

She married Ronald W. Beach on Valentines Day, February 14, 1947 and went on to have four surviving children, daughter, Linda L. Blunt and the late Jerome Blunt of Clemmons NC., son, R. Thomas Beach of Goode Va., son, Mark W. Beach and wife Rebecca of Clemmons, NC. and daughter, Barbara J. Quaintance and husband, Terry of Forest, VA. She is also survived by 8 Grandkids and 16 Great Grandkids.

Patricia worked at Family Services and then in her 60's, went to Phillips Business College to get her CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant). Patricia had a gift of Serving and loved taking care of her patients she helped throughout the years.

Patricia's family was the love of her life though. She always wanted to be around her kids, grandkids and great grandkids. And, just about every Sunday afternoon, you would find her out at her son Tom's property looking at the beautiful mountains of Virginia and catching up on what was going on with her family.

Patricia attended Heritage Baptist Church in Lynchburg, VA. She loved Her Lord and Savoir, Jesus Christ and used that deep faith by praying every night for her four children, eight grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren by name. Near the end of her long fulfilled life, she started forgetting and remembering all of their names, so just prayed for the entire family that night. We will miss those prayers, her Life and Love that she gave to each of us.

There will be a "Celebration of Life" Service by Chaplain, Jordan Pittman on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 2:00pm at the Forest Alliance Church at 1562 Thomas Jefferson Road, Forest, VA., for the family and friends.
