Patricia Anne Atkinson was born on June 4,1962 in San Diego, California. She grew up with a passion for theater and makeup which stayed with her all of her life. Patricia was affectionately known as "The Wine Lady" or "The Wine Wench" and was "Fairy Godmother" to many.
