In August 1994, Pat welcomed us with open arms when we arrived from Kenya to begin our studies at the University of Idaho. She drove us to Pomeroy, and from that small act of kindness, a lifelong memory was born. Pat was one of the kindest souls I have ever known: gentle, generous, and deeply human. Her warmth made a foreign land feel like home. I will carry her memory with gratitude and love.

Pat was amazing! She was kind and always had something nice to say about everyone! I had the pleasure to work with her and she listened to what you had to say, even when she didn’t agree with you! Community and Family were here passion. Rest in Peace, Pat.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Pat through snow skiing and Bloomsdays. Pat was so fun to be around, always upbeat, giving and kind. I got to witness a few of her fun pranks and admired her great sense of humor. My condolences to Janene, Robert and families. Rest in peace dear friend.
