It is with deep sorrow and much love that we announce the passing of Patricia Ann Conway, age 80, of Southampton, New York, who passed away peacefully at home on June 29, 2025.
Patricia was born in Southampton, New York. She was the youngest of five children, born to Madeline Brown. She married William Conway and they had 4 children together. She worked as the Senior Assessment Clerk for the town of Southampton in Long Island, New York for 28 years. Patricia was dedicated to her family. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, game shows, taking walks in her area and her favorite dog Dahlia. Patricia enjoyed taking trips to Georgia to visit her daughter, Charisse and Michelle and her grandchildren there. After retiring, she moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina where she lived the rest of her days surrounded by family and loved ones.
She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Renee Wright, and her son, Steven Conway; her brother, Kenny; her grandchildren Britiane, Shanisse, Queen Semaj, Tiye, Elijah, Michiah, Phoenix, Alana, Asia, and Aaron; and her great-grandchildren Nia, King, KJ, Kamiah, and Jonah. But will be Resting In Heaven with her mother, Madeline Brown, her daughter Charisse Assata Maxwell, and her son John Chris Conway. Patricia’s memory will live on in the laughter of family gatherings, the strength of her children, and the bright futures of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of Patricia’s life will be an ongoing tradition. Friends and family are welcome to join us in honoring her memory;
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Patricia’s name to her caretaker & family for financial support.
The Conway family extends heartfelt thanks to the caregivers, friends, and neighbors whose compassion and support brought comfort to Patricia and to all of us during her life and in her final days.
