Patricia's obituary
An Angel on Earth with a Heart of Gold!
Patricia lived a long and selfless life, giving of herself to help others. She worked tirelessly to help rehabilitate children in and out of the foster care system, helping them to develop academic and social skills to help them succeed in life. She worked as a Respiratory Therapist at Braddock Hospital and she also worked in a Special Education classroom at Pine Castle Elementary, helping students to learn and grow to their full potential. Patricia volunteered for organizations through the school (notably Robofest through Lawrence Tech. University), helping students to develop computer science, coding and critical thinking skills.
Patricia was greeted in Heaven by her son Scott Spudich, mother Lorraine Nolan, father Ralph Nolan, grandmother Dorothy Tiskus, uncle Eugene Tiskus, father-in-law Larry Coleman, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Patricia is survived by her husband Gavin Coleman and three children (Kaitee, Dakota, and Rayna) as well as her three precious fur babies (Pirate, Trixie, and Angel). She was also survived by her ex-husband Michael Spudich and brothers Mark Nolan (and spouse Doreen) and Gary Nolan (spouse Colleen), as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
There will be a viewing on Sunday June 30th and a service on July 1st at Jobe Funeral Home in Turtle Creek. She will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery in Pittsburgh with the rest of her family and next to her beloved son, Scott.
