Patricia's obituary
Pat was born on March 1, 1937, to Hubert Grandville Fitchette and Ida Mae Snow in Culver City, Los Angeles, CA. She graduated from George Washington High School in 1954.
After Graduation Pat worked at McColloch Motors. After moving from California in 1967 to Farmington, New Mexico, Pat worked at First National Bank, the Better Business Bureau of Farmington, and was Office Manager of Dean Witter Reynolds when she retired in 1996.
In 1954, Pat met Ignazio (Don) Joseph Lamonte, and they wed in Jan 1955, going on to have 2 children, Steven Joseph Lamonte, and James Allen Lamonte. She was divorced 4 years later. In May 1965 she married Harold Leroy Adams and they moved to Farmington, New Mexico for a better quality of life for the family.
After retiring in 1996, Pat loved spending time with her friends, gardening, knitting, long weekends at their Colorado cabin, and time with her grandchildren.
Pat was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years Harold Leroy Adams, her parents, her brother Alvin Newton, her two stepdaughters Linda and Monica, and her Sister-In-Law Eileen Fitchette. She is survived by her brother, Richard Fitchette; her two sons and their wives, Steve (Betty) Lamonte and James (Sheri) Lamonte; her stepdaughter Sharon (Sam) Leach; and her grandchildren, Jennifer (Richard), Danny (Lynne), Jeremy, and Timothy (Whitney). 8 Great-grandchildren, her sister-in-law Lucille Newton, and her nieces and nephews.
