Patricia Chapman, born June 6, 1943, left us peacefully on June 19, 2024. Patrica touched the lives of many and was known for her strength, resilience and radiant smile. Patricia is survived by sisters DeeDee and Diana, daughter Janet, granddaughter Jennifer and great grandson Jax. Her loved ones, bid her a peaceful journey until we meet again.
